single origin

The highlands of Panama grow some of the highest quality coffee in the world. We hand selected our farms at a minimum elevation of 4,500 feet. The elements at this elevation joined with the nutrient dense volcanic soil under "Vulcan Buru" produces coffee with full flavor and distinct origin notes.

ethically sourced

The world is a better place when we work together. We built a true direct trade relationship with our farmers. No middlemen, no complicated supply chain. Just fair and honest business.

We offer some of the best coffee in the world and want to share it for generations to come. We source only from farms that use sustainable farming practices with heavy emphasis on conservation. Sourcing from small, generational family farms not only ensures sustainable practices but also allows us to have a higher level of quality control.

it's not what coffee roasters tell you, it's what they don't.

  We believe in leading with transparency. You should know how your coffee is made, down to the last detail. No part of the process can be overlooked. How we source, build our roast profiles and package are all vital steps in ensuring we provide you with the most optimized coffee we can. 

 

  It starts with the farmers. We built a strong relationship with local farmers in the highlands of Panama. Hand selecting only a few farms to source our beans from, these highly talented, masters of their craft thoughtfully and sustainably grow and harvest our coffee beans. Once harvested the beans make the journey directly from the farms in Panama to us here in Florida. This direct trade relationship ensures the coffee is handled properly and reaches us faster without having to be passed through a middleman.

   Next, we start the roasting process. We drum roast our coffee in small batches. By exclusively using American made Diedrich roasters, we deliver precision quality control from batch to batch while staying true to our support of American craftsmanship and manufacturing. Every batch roasted is meticulously overseen by our expert roasters.

  After roasting we carefully package the coffee for you to enjoy in our locally sourced bags. Our values are simple, operate with honesty and integrity, treat people right and never cut corners.
